400 g Halloumi con hierbas
30 g Harina de repostería
4 Huevos medianos
100 g Pan rallado panko
1 cda café Ajo en polvo

*Cut the halloumi into 1 cm thick fries. Put the flour into a bowl. Break the eggs in a second bowl and whisk well. In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and garlic powder.

*Dip each piece of halloumi in the flour, then in the beaten eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs. They should be breaded on all sides. Dip the breadcrumb-coated fries in the beaten eggs again, then in the breadcrumbs again. Set aside.
