Vasitos de aguacate y cangrejo
Ingredientes
Para 4 personas
- *1 shallot
- *1 tablespoon of olive oil
- *120 ml single cream
- *260 g crab meat
- *2 avocados
- *2 tablespoons of mascarpone
- *1 lemon
- *Salt, pepper
Instrucciones
*Peel the shallots and cut them into quarters. Put them into the mixer bowl with the Ultrablade knife attached. Lock the lid with the cap and set on speed 6 for 1 minute.
*Add the oil, lock the lid with the cap and set on speed 3 to 90°C for 2 minutes.
*Add the crab and cream, lock the lid with the cap and set on P1 Stew mode for 10 minutes.
*Pour the mixture into the small glasses and refrigerate while you prepare the avocado cream.
*Put the avocados, mascarpone and lemon juice into the mixer bowl with the Ultrablade knife attached. Lock the lid with the cap and set on speed 12 for 2 minutes.
*Pour the cream into a piping bag with a fluted nozzle.
*Decorate the small glasses with cream. Season and serve.
Consejos
*Decorate with a few basil or shiso leaves before serving.
