Taramosalata vegetariana


Para 4 personas

  • *20 cl soy cream
  • *2 tablespoon dried seaweed flakes
  • *75 g smoked tofu
  • *30 g yoghurt
  • *1.5 cl lemon juice
  • *14 g tomato paste
  • *20 g chia seeds
  • *Sea salt


*Put the soy cream and seaweed in the mixer bowl with the Ultrablade knife attached. Lock the lid with the cap and set on the P1 Stew mode at 130°C on speed 2 for 2 minutes.

*Add the tofu, yoghurt, lemon juice and tomato paste. Lock the lid with the cap and set on speed 10 for 1 minute.

*Pour into a bowl and season with a little sea salt. Add the chia seeds and mix well.

*Place in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.


*Serve with blinis and a lemon wedge.
